Lt Col. (Retd) Ajay Randhawa -He holds a Bachelors in Arts (Economics) and Masters in Aviation Industry Management from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia. He holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate, IOSH Managing Safety, and HABC (Fire Safety). He is a qualified and an astute professional with over 24 years of success, driving benchmarks in the Indian Army and corporate world as well. He has acquired rich experience in Flying and Ground Duties in Army including managing and conducting safety programs, planning, organizing, directing, and controlling safety activities. He is apt in analyzing mishap causes and trends, and assesses risks within the framework of health and safety directives and regulations. He has conducted mishap investigations related to hazardous military activities as well as provided risk management consultation in military aviation. He is conversant at managing the airbase ground duties and compliance of Aviation Safety Management System within an operational flying unit and was a helicopter pilot with nearly 1000 hours of Military service flying on single engine helicopters. He is managing the business in international market and also managing the company’s international centers/offices.
Mr Unnikrishnan Pazhaya Pisharath is retired Indian Navy personnel with 20 years of experience in Aviation Safety (Indian Navy), NBC Warfare, Damage Control & Fire Fighting. He has vast experience in the Middle East as HSE manager and Trainer. He has worked as an Electrical Instructor, NVQ Assessor & Internal Verifier (EMTAUK) at training institutes (TTI and TATI), under the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training Authority of Sultanate of Oman. He has a Degree in Electrical Engineering, Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety, Advanced Certificate in Environmental Quality Management, NEBOSH NGC, IOSH Managing Safely - Licensed Training Provider, EMTA-UK Train the Trainer, Qualified Assessor (D32/D33) & Internal Verifier (D34), First Aid Instructor training from MEDIC FIRST AID International and he is NEBOSH International Diploma holder. He is having 15Years Experience as a Petty Officer engineering (with additional function in Safety, Health and Environment)onboard Indian Naval Ships, and Shore establishments. 03 &1/2Years experience as a Faculty for Marine Engineering, Safety and Security in EuroTech Maritime Academy, a reputed Marine college conducting basic and advanced STCW courses for Marine Officers and Crew. 04years experience with Princess Cruises, a reputed cruise lines, (United States of America) as Safety & Security Petty Officer and Fire Fighter from Feb. 2007 to Oct. 2010.Worked as a Safety Officer for the major shutdown project of Qatar Petroleum Refinery from March 2005 to July 2005. Worked as a Safety officer for NGL 3 shutdown project in Qatar in Nov 2005. Worked as Safety Officer for the Shutdown project of Equate Petro chemicals, Kuwait in 2006.
